What The House Flipping School Team Is Working On

When I launched House Flipping School back in 2012, we hit the ground running. In our first year we started a blog, produced weekly tutorial videos, ran live bootcamps and held monthly meetups.

However, in 2015 my personal real estate investing business reached an entirely new level. I was flipping multiple properties and investing into longterm rentals each month (and earning nice profits) so I decided it would be in the best interest of my family if I focused exclusively on investing, and put teaching on the backburner for a little while. There just wasn't enough time to do both.

Today I am happy to report that a lot has happened "behind the scenes" at House Flipping School in the last couple of months. In this update, you'll get a glimpse of what we're working on and what to expect in terms of new courses, programs and more.

Customer Support Improvements

First and foremost I am a real estate investor - blogging and the online world of social media is still pretty foreign to me. My team and I have come a long way, but I will be the first to admit that our customer support has struggled at times.

We struggled to keep up with support as website traffic and sales increased, and we apologize for the long wait times you may of experienced if you sent us an email or left a comment on the blog. We are expanding the support team and testing a new system that will hopefully make support faster and more convenient when we launch our new online education program in January of 2018. We expect a noticeable improvement in response times once the new program launches.

Improving our customer support is one of the major projects in the company. It's also one of the most challenging aspects of running a successful online house flipping education program. It takes time to improve any system and train new staff, but we're moving this forward with full force.

The New Website

Up until recently we had not published a new blog post or updated anything on our website since 2015. I'm happy to say that after months of work, my tech team finally launched a newly designed version of House Flipping School which you are reading right now.

Hopefully now when you visit House Flipping School, you are able to quickly locate the information you need. The site should also render well across all mobile devices and work with all internet browsers.

The most important reason why we redesigned the website is because we want our website to match the level of professionalism you should bring to every aspect of your house flipping business. Just as in house flipping we did not want to cut any corners, and chose instead to use the best software and best services to provide you with the best online experience possible.

The New Online Education Program

We have started working on an improved online education program. As promised, we're not just building any old program. We are looking to redefine what "real estate education" means.

It's still too early to show off any teaser material, but what I can say is that we've made progress faster than expected. Personally, I feel optimistic about it and I can't wait to show you more of what we're working on.

You can learn more and apply for the new program by clicking here. Prior customers of House Flipping School can also login with their username and password to get a sneak peek of some of the improvements.

Wrapping Up

That's it for this overdue update on what we're up to. I'm looking forward to showing you more teasers and previews of our upcoming new stuff.

What are you most excited about? Is there something you were hoping to see on the list of "in progress" features, that you think we should add?

I'm a full time real estate investor, proud Dad and husband. My team and I are working to restore communities - one house at a time. House Flipping School is my way of sharing this vision with other investors who want to do good for their community, and make money flipping houses.

Mike, glad to see you’re back. Not that you went anywhere. I have to admit that your regular proximity has caused me to become lackadaisical in maintaining regular contact with you, Steve and Co. Looking forward to re- establishing our previous relationship of mutual help and friendship. Jerry

Hi Jerry – You made me laugh my friend. Of all the means of communicating given our proximity like you said you picked me off here. Feel free to give me a call any time. Hope all is well. We have a lot to catch up on. Glad to see your paying attention to the new site. I am real excited for the new launch as well.
