      Hey Bob! Yes, staging when done nicely, typically does help sell a property.

      Try to make the home feel warm and inviting. This can be done pretty cheaply.

      A little TLC and creativity can go a long way.

      We typically use a professional staging company which we pay a fee to come in, design the layout, place the furniture and accessories, and then remove everything once the home is sold.
