For the past 9 months I have been building out loads of free house flipping content here on the House Flipping School blog. We have covered everything from establishing the house flipping mindset, to selling for profit and everything in between.
The last 270 plus days have been filled with blog posts, info-graphics, eBooks and the occasional webinar - all geared towards helping you learn how to flip houses and launch your house flipping career.
Yet each day I receive emails from people who want more. They ask for the details, the dollar amounts and the real nitty-gritty of my house flip deals. These folks are serious about learning how to flip houses, and they want the specifics. Well, your emails have finally convinced me that it is time to take this website thing to the next level.
About a month ago I decided that it was time to give these people what they want. The time has come for me teach you the exact strategies I use each day out in the field. Within the next month my House Flipping School team and I will be launching a newly re-designed version of House Flipping School, which will dive deep into my day-to-day house flipping business. My team and I are hard at work right now, developing content that shows you exactly how I make money flipping houses. No detail will be left out.
Before I proceed I want to make it clear that I am not developing a new "guru" real estate education program. I won't be launching a course that costs thousands of dollars or anything like that.
What I will be launching is an extremely affordable monthly membership option that gives members an in-depth look at my business and my strategies. In my experience, I have always learned as I went along. Through this new membership, my goal is to provide you with the know-how you need in real time, on a month-to-month basis. This way you can learn as you go, at your own pace.
My ultimate goal is to create a community here at House Flipping School of like-minded house flippers, who are willing and ready to help each other out. If you have been reading the House Flipping School blog for a while now, you understand that to succeed in this business you can't go it alone. Unfortunately many folks out there are alone. If you are one of these people who feels alone, and is not quite sure where to turn, then the new House Flipping School is for you.

Learn How to Flip Houses: What to Expect
Real estate education is a life-long pursuit. I have been flipping houses for years now, and I will be the first to admit that I never stop learning. How I operate my business today is much different from how I operated my business a few years ago-or even just 6 months ago.
What the new House Flipping School will offer members is ongoing education, ongoing support and ongoing help. One thing I have learned from my 1 on 1 real estate coaching program is that people need support long after the course or mentor ship has ended. New investors in particular need a safety net of people to grow their business with, and bounce ideas off of, when they are unsure about something.
In addition, new strategies and markets are always evolving. By becoming a member, new and seasoned investors alike will be able to stay current on the latest techniques and tactics, to help them flourish in an oftentimes uncertain market.
How I Plan on Achieving This
My House Flipping School team and I will be creating new content for members on a weekly basis. I will be keeping you up to date on my own business, strategies and techniques by posting videos and whiteboard sessions only available to members. I will also be releasing helpful guides full of tips and tactics for members to read at their leisure.
To provide ongoing support and ongoing help, I will be answering all your questions in our new members' forum. Ask my team and I anything, and I will provide you with direct responses and honest answers within our forum. This is where the community aspect of the new House Flipping School will take hold. The members' forum will be the place to get help and connect with other like-minded investors.
Of course this is really just the tip of the iceberg. I have plenty more ideas that I plan on putting into action over the next 6 months. As always the goal will be to help you get your house flipping business up off the ground, and moving in the right direction.
